Sauced Up Smokers was started in 2007 as a BBQ team. After competing a few times we quickly decided to make our own recipe for the bbq sauces and rubs we were using. Shortly after that as their popularity grew, we did less and less competitions and started doing more sauce sales and cooking others. Then we invested in another commercial smoker as well as a concession trailer and started taking our bbq to other places.  We really enjoy going to festivals and cooking some delicious bbq. The next step for us is to finish our commercial kitchen so we can start doing catering and other types of events.
